End-of-Life Education

The St. Luke’s University Health Network is accredited to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The CME Planning Committee and Speaker have no financial relationships to disclose. This CME provides End-of-Life education to comply with NJ State license requirement for 2 hours of CME credited End-of-Life education.

To obtain CME credit, providers must complete a brief post-test and evaluation after viewing the video recording. At the completion of the video, there will be a link to the post-test. This CME enduring material was originally released in April 2015, renewed on April 2017, and will terminate April 2019.

IMPORTANT: Physicians and other providers should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. In the event of an audit, physicians and other providers are responsible to reconcile CME credits in question.
